"This office does not keep your life insurance policy on hand. I requested a copy of my life insurance policy to review, and was told it would take 30 days. During the time I had my auto with this company, they were unwilling to assist with any damages to my vehicle, fault or not. Furthermore, Mary is a nightmare to work with. If you want to hear someone ramble about how they did xyz for every other customer and have them not listen to your needs, this is the place."
