"I have been pleased with this State Farm office and most recently they revised my daughter's auto policy, as she has moved from Ohio to Lexington, KY, an area they also insure. My experience with Victor Zhu was very impressive, as he went above and beyond to expedite my daughter's auto policy in order for her to register her car in Kentucky. He spent a long time on the phone with us, jumped hoops to get us the documents required by Kentucky and even checked with us during non-duty times to ensure we received what was needed and all issues were resolved. Victor was pleasant, understanding and worked with urgency which was exactly what we needed. He deserves a five-star rating!! Our thanks and we continue our business with this State Farm office!"
